Responsible for software purchasing, installing, and user support.  Developed and managed the computer/telephone help desk.  Assisted the Director of Networks in managing the campus-wide network consisting of two Novell servers.  Assisted in the process of connecting the two servers into a campus-wide 200+ node network.  Primary responsibility for Macintosh systems campus-wide.  Coordinated the preventative maintenance of the campus microcomputer systems.

Oversaw the operation of the Totino Fine Arts Center.  Supervised the center's full time and student staff. Developed and managed the operating budget.  Developed additional service areas of the Fine Arts Center. Worked directly with sponsors in the planning and execution of their events.
